The game was boring. The JV cheerleaders (though it pains me to say so) sucked. The varsity team was better, even though Maddie is on it. Still, we rooted JV out of loyalty. The football team sucked (we lost). The dance team rocked - go Tess! Go Amanda! Their outfits were awesome, too. Lucky. If only I had coordination. We had fun though. Mostly we just goofed around.

The parentals might be getting divorced. Probably. The way they are, though, you can never tell. I don't really care. They've almost gotten divorced so many times that I've lost count. Crazy morons. 

We have put off the Williamsburg trip has been put off again. I know, I know. I seriously think that we will never make it there, even though we're supposed to leave tomorrow. We're always supposed to go. Something constantly comes up. It's like a sign from God or something. 

Went to Panera with Mom, her friend Burt, and Burt's daughter Betty for mother-daughter bonding day. Betty's pretty ok. We're not part of the same group at school (she's a little - okay, a lot - nerdy), but we had fun. Spent a lot of time ogling Johnny Depp pics and browsing Alloy.

Got my nails done. They look awesome. Frenched with colored tips. The tips are amazing. I've found my new favorite nail artist. She managed to blend a new color just for me - and she won't use it for anyone else. It's a turquoise blue base with a blue-violet sheer shimmer. The blend turned out perfectly. The color looks just like the night sky right around nine o'clock, when the stars are just starting to really shine. I'm in love with it. And I just rambled for an entire paragraph on nails. 

Went shopping, too. Got some jeans, a fleece, and a whole load of makeup. I love mother-daughter bonding! Time to start more back-to-school shopping. I love back-to-school shopping! I love all shopping, actually! Woo! 

To wind up, I'm back home, watching the Cheetah Girls in The Cheetah Girls 2. It kind of sucks. I'll admit that I liked the first one, but this? It's like Disney is just trying to capitalize off the High School Musical success. It's really a musical. Unlike the original, where the singing was mostly explained away as performances, this one has seemingly random songs thrown in for the hell of it. Oh well.
